the story
In April 2016 on a trip to Åre, Sweden the actual
birth of this shot took place. Sometime between 5 and 7 pm.
Composed in a bar by two friends interested in taste sensations
and curious to find new ways. Thanks to a perceptive bartender
we ended up with this tasteful combination.
Being obvious that not all bars have the ingredients,
this shot was a little bit refined in London in November
2016 at the highly recommended Burdock Restaurant & Bar.
In lack of Fireball or Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire some
cinnamon was added on the top together with bourbon.
We find this shot a well mixed pleasure to enjoy at the after
ski, after beach or just for a break doing shopping.
Is there really an appropriate time? We suggest between5and7 or
cinq à sept.
